What sizes are available?
Our posters come in six standard sizes to suit different walls and budgets. All sizes are vertical orientation:
- 8″ × 10″ — great for shelves, desks, and gallery walls
- 11″ × 14″ — a versatile mid-size, perfect for bedrooms or offices
- 12″ × 16″ — a popular choice for a single focal piece
- 12″ × 18″ — slightly taller, ideal for narrow walls or entryways
- 16″ × 20″ — makes a confident statement in living rooms or above a sofa
- 20″ × 30″ — our largest size, a true showstopper for big walls

What material are the posters printed on?
Our rolled posters are printed on premium 200 gsm matte art paper — thick enough to feel substantial, smooth enough for crisp colour reproduction. The matte finish eliminates glare, so your poster looks great in any lighting, whether you frame it or pin it directly to the wall.
We do not offer canvas or glossy prints at this time, but we're always expanding our range.
Are the colours accurate to what I see on screen?
We've calibrated our print process to match our product images as closely as possible. That said, every screen is different — colours can appear warmer or cooler depending on your monitor's settings. Printed colours are typically slightly deeper and richer than on screen, which most customers find even more pleasing in person.

Do your posters come framed?
All our posters are currently sold as rolled, unframed prints. Frames are not included. We recommend IKEA's RIBBA and RÖDALM frames, or Desenio frames, all of which fit standard poster sizes perfectly and are widely available worldwide.
Are your designs exclusive or sourced from elsewhere?
All designs sold in our store are carefully curated and licensed for print-on-demand reproduction. We work with a network of artists and use licensed digital art — nothing is copied or reproduced without the appropriate rights. We stand behind the quality and originality of every piece we offer.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our catalog, select your size, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, head to checkout where you can enter your shipping address and payment details. We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and local payment methods depending on your region.
Can I order multiple posters in one purchase?
Absolutely — and we'd encourage it! You can add as many posters as you like to a single cart. Multiple items from one order are typically shipped together, saving you on packaging and delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We can usually accommodate cancellations or amendments within 1 hours of purchase. After that, the order will have moved into production and we won't be able to make changes.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but you're welcome to add a note during checkout and we'll do our best to include it. All our posters are rolled and packaged in protective tubes, which also make for a beautiful unboxing experience on their own.
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to over 35 countries including the United States, United Kingdom, all EU countries, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and more. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. This covers production time (1–2 days) plus delivery. Here's a general guide:
- United States & Canada: 4–6 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 3–5 business days
- Singapore & Southeast Asia: 3–5 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–8 business days
During busy periods (holidays, sales) please allow an extra 1–2 days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order's journey right to your door.
How are the posters packaged?
Every poster is carefully rolled and shipped inside a rigid cardboard tube to prevent bending or creasing in transit. The tube is sealed at both ends and wrapped in protective materials. We've designed our packaging to withstand the rigours of international shipping, but if anything arrives damaged, please get in touch right away.
Are there any customs or import fees?
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are set by your government and are outside our control. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering. Most individual poster orders fall well below typical duty-free limits.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition.
To start a return, simply contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the damage
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
How long does a refund take?
Once we've received your returned item (or approved a damage claim), refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to post the credit back to your account depending on your card provider.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Not a problem — get in touch within 30 days and we'll exchange it for the correct size. You may need to return the original print (at your own postage cost) before we send the replacement, depending on your location.
Do you offer custom or personalised prints?
We don't currently offer custom personalisation, but it's something we're exploring. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when custom options become available.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
If you're interested in ordering multiple prints for a business, office, studio, or retail, we'd love to hear from you. Please reach out via our contact page with details of your requirements and we'll put together a quote.
